The START Mobile App, part of the first intellectual output of the project, can now be downloaded from both Google Play and the App Store.

It provides valuable insights and information regarding internationalization strategies, challenges, and opportunities. These insights have been gathered from retailers and trainers in business internationalization from Belgium, Spain, Poland, Cyprus, and Romania.

The project consortium carried out a survey targeting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) operating in the retail sector. To enhance the depth of our findings, we also organized in-depth focus groups involving experienced internationalization trainers. These trainers contributed valuable input on the challenges encountered by retailers during their international expansion efforts, as well as on the training opportunities available in each country with regards to business internationalisation.
